Big Business.
Not all companies today,
conduct their business in the same old way.
Some are really innovated in their approach on how they pay their employees
and the hours they make them work.
But if you part of the elite 1% of rich Americans,
who couldn't give a damn about the average worker
and their families,
you have found a way to squeeze more money out of the companies you own by doubling the work load on your work force while telling them that,
"In this economy, we all have to make sacrifices for the greater good of us all."
Translation,
"Being as rich as I am, I need to squeeze every last penny I can out of this company and its employees before I sell off all its assets and close the place down."
