About Me

My photo
Hello my fellow Politiores Troglodytes. This Blog is a collection of Posts, Poems, & Short Stories that I write on a daily basis. If you find it entertaining, informative, and controversial, then I have done my job properly. Thank goodness too, because Karma has been on my case of late. I'm supposed to bring fifty people into the fold or I'll have to give back the part of Einstein's brain I inherited. No, I'm not one of the Scientists who got a piece of his brain when he died. Karma said, "Eat this knowledge. It'll make you smarter!" The bargain I made with Karma was, if I could change fifty people into Politiores Populos, I would be rewarded with my very own Lamborghini. So, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Like what you're reading, then read on. P.S. Populo is Latin for people. Politiores is Latin for educated. Troglodytes is English for troglodytes. And Einstein's brain was stolen by Thomas Stoltz Harvey after his death in 1955 and eventually divvied up into 240 pieces. If you just read that last sentence, then you have just learned something and I'm just that much closer to fulfilling my commitment to Karma!

Kimi

I would like to pay tribute to one of my
Sports Heroes.
His name is
the
Ice Man.
As he is known as a
Formula 1 Driver.
If you have never seen a
Formula 1 Race
or no longer watch the sport,
you are missing out.
Kimi
is a fan favorite
Worldwide.
He is a man of few words
but a demon on the track.
Hence the name
Ice Man.
Quotes by
Kimi;
"If I could throw my phone away, I would probably do it. It's always on silent, and I don't like when it rings and people are calling. We could live without those things in the past when we just had a phone on the street somewhere, on the corner or at the house. I have no interest in telling all the people what I do every day and where I am."
"Since I started in motor racing I've worked with people from all over the world. We are all here to go racing and prejudice will never play any part in that."
"When I was a kid, I would watch the Grand Prix. Everyone dreams of becoming a race driver, while I only started thinking about it when I was 18 or 19. Only at that age did I seriously start thinking about this job. Before then, I would change ideas from one second to the next."
"There's always a lot of talk about motivation to race, but nobody really knows what I do or what I think apart from myself, so I don't really care what people think."See the source image
Kimi
is not dying,
or dead,
or anything like that.
He is being pushed out of one of the best
Formula 1 Teams
in racing today.
He will still be racing next year for
The team which gave
Kimi
his start in
F1
back in 2001.
One of the bottom rung teams today.
But if anyone can turn the fortunes of
around,
it's
This is,
Not Going To Get Angry With The Scuderia About The Change,
Jim Hauenstein,
And,
A famous quote by Kimi when he drove for Lotus a few years back
and his engineer came on his radio to encourage him.

"Shut up. I know what I am doing."

That is my story and I am sticking to it!
