Yes,

here I am.

Living it up on the home stretch of my vacation.

I believe the hat makes me look more intelligent.

If you didn't know any better,

just looking at this picture,

do you think I might be in one of those

Banana Republics

sitting around my

Plantation,

waiting for the coffee beans to ripe?

They say a

Picture Is Worth A Thousands Words.

With the right amount of imagination,

the story behind a picture could mean a hundred different types of things.

Taking the viewer,

on whatever adventure he or she can think of.

That is one of the reasons to save all those old photos of your relatives long forgotten.

You never know.

By researching your family tree you might find out that you are related to someone who is famous

or owns a business that you would really like to get involved in.

Who wouldn't want to be associated with a brewery?

Some Of Their Work Was Done Over 6,000 Years Ago

There have been many theories,

over the years,

on whether early

Mankind

was intelligent enough to build any of the

Seven Wonders of the World,

Stonehenge,
Pyramids,

the

Heads
on
Easter Island,

and all the other global wonders,

too numerous to mention.

If you watch the

History Channel,

you have at least heard about their program called

Ancient Aliens.

Which gives all the credit to

Beings

from other planets.

Which,
in one of their theories

Seeded Mankind

with

DNA

which would increase our intelligence as a species,

while they sit by,

somewhere in outer-space

and watch over us.

Sure,

we look back

and think early

Mankind

were a bunch of barbarians compared to us today.

But I'm not so sure.

Science has proven,

with the help of knowing how to use leverage

and a wobble type of motion,

the

Natives of Easter Island

could move those

Heads

around,

using a minimum amount of their work force.

A gentleman in

Homestead, Florida

built the

Coral Castle

out of granite stones.

Some weighing in as much as several tons.

He said he knew the secret on how the

Pyramids

were made,

but said he would not reveal this secret unless the girl who jilted him at the alter years earlier came back to him.

She never did

and we still don't know how he did it.

Even the program

Ancient Aliens

admits that ancient

Egyptians

could have flown a type of glider,

but they believe the technology surely had to be given to them by

Aliens.

How could
Ed Leedskalnin,

the 100 pound 5 foot tall man,

who built the

Coral Castle

move rocks that weighed several tons?
He had to be given the knowledge by
Extraterrestrials.
How could he have figured it out himself?
He lived in the

United States
during the early 1900's so how could he have the ability to do such great feats of engineering?

Then their is the case of the

Antikythera Mechanism

which is dated from around the year 205 BC.

This was the first basic computer,

accurately telling sailors on the

Mediterranean Sea,

which day,

month,

and year it was from the

Sothic Egyptian Calendar.

Gears,

were so accurately made that this computer could also predict the upcoming
Solar
and
Lunar Eclipses. 

These are just a few of the wonders of

Ancient Mankind.

Now scientist believe that;

We think they couldn't have been as advanced as us,

Maybe we destroyed all the evidence we need by having two

and countless small ones.

Take Me Out To The Ballgame!

It's as old as

Apple Pie.

It was once the most popular sport in the

United States.

It's

Popcorn,

Peanuts,

and

Cracker Jack.

It is

Americana.

The Major League

All Star Game

is held after the

July 4th Holiday.

This year it will be in beautiful

San Diego.

I know it is beautiful because I live close by

and have been there many times.

I am going to a

Major League Baseball Game

tonight.

The home team,

The Milwaukee Brewers,

will be hosting

The Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Brewers may no longer be the

Bambi Bombers

of old,

who under manager

George Bamberger,

had such great players that included

Robin Yount,

Paul Molitor,

Cecil Cooper,

Gorman Thomas

and

Ben Oglivie.

That team took the

Brewers

to the

World Series

in 1982.

They took the

St. Louis Cardinals

to a seventh game in that series before finally losing in the closing innings.

I don't know if I am going to buy

Popcorn,

Peanuts,

or

Cracker Jack.

I do know that I'll buy at least one beer.

What the Hell.

Milwaukee

is famous for it's

Breweries,

and I am famous for drinking their wares.

No I am not drinking

and driving,

Mom!

and he became a cult hero of sorts.
