A friend of mine,
who I haven't heard from in almost 40 years,
tracked me down recently.
He told me that he googled my name
and found my
Blog.
From there,
since I have my e-mail
and social media listed,
he messaged me on messenger.
I did a little research,
to make sure it was legit,
it was,
so I responded to him.
To make a long story short,
he called me yesterday
and we talked for over 2 hours.
We talked about ours lives,
our families,
friends we knew,
and friends we still know.
My friend's name is Jeff.
Not my old nemesis,
"The Jeff,"
but a kinder,
gentler
Jeff.
Now I wonder if
Jeff Povlich
will message me saying how is a kinder
and gentler
Jeff
than most?
My friends name is
Jeff Kroha
and this is where
and how he lives.

And,
“In winter this town is freezing. You step out your door in the morning
and the whole place looks like one of those nature specials in which a
guy brings a camcorder to the North Pole and then the camera cuts out
and you hear on the news that he got eaten by a bear”

That is my story and I am sticking to it!

I like this guy is the reason I tried to locate him after all these years and after finding his blog and reading some of his stuff I realized he still had his great creativities and wild imagination. Good conversations. No longer will I let time slip by the way I did. Thanks Jim. And thank you for showing my pics. I normally don't show them to anybody. I view them at times like cold winter days and it gives me something to look forward to. Peace.
