One Step Further.

In my previous
Post,
I mentioned how people who can afford to pay for items should.
Yes,
I do live by this policy.
I do live by this policy.
Let me clarify something first.
I no longer have the urge to own everything I see!
Example;
So far this year,
I have only bought one
Hard Cover Book.
So far this year,
I have only bought one
Hard Cover Book.
And that was a present to some really good friends of mine.
Today,
I go to the
Library
to check out
the books I'm interested in
or download a
Magazine,
Comic Book,
Audio Book,
or other reading material on my
"Nook."

I have bought only one
CD
this year.
Because I can select the kind of music I want to listen to on programs like
"Pandora"
or
"I Heart Radio."

Because I can select the kind of music I want to listen to on programs like
"Pandora"
or
"I Heart Radio."
(There are dozens of free programs out there.)
But,
for
Movies,
I believe the
"Theater Experience"
brings a certain kind of entertainment all its own.

I saw
"The Avengers; Age of Altron,"
in 3D.

I enjoy the sight
and sounds of a movie in the theater.
and sounds of a movie in the theater.
Because of the experience of sitting with my whole family
and watching a movie together.
and watching a movie together.
I pay for
Netflix,
Hulu Plus,
and
Amazon Instant Video
so my family can watch movies
and
TV Shows
when they want to.

Not only the newest shows,
but shows from years gone by that we can experience again together.

I record sporting events on my
HD DVR Recorder,
so I can pause,
rewind,
fast forward,
and finish watching a two to three hour event in three to four sittings.

Of course,
I could use a
"Torrent"
and get everything for free,
but then I would be missing out on all these
Sensory Experiences,
with my family,
on all these different types of formats.
Which the new technologies bring to my
Reading Materials.
Listening to
Music.
Watching
TV Shows.
And the
Movie Experience.

If I couldn't afford it,
I wouldn't be doing it.
I wouldn't be doing it.
What is money for?
It's to help make your
Life Easier,
Happier,
and
Healthier.
It's to help make your
Life Easier,
Happier,
and
Healthier.
Other than that,
I see no use for it.
I see no use for it.
So as long as I can afford to do these things which make my life more enjoyable,
I'll keep on doing them.
I'll keep on doing them.
