I just finished another short story called, "Gentleman Jim and the Niagara Falls."
It's a classic tale of a teenage girl coming of age.
Only this story is set during the Depression, with the girl growing up in rural
North Carolina.
The Heroine in this tale accompanies her Father to Niagara Falls as he attempts to ride over them in a barrel of his own design.
If you like to read it, Post a comment saying so, then I'll put it up on this blog.
Otherwise, I'm going to send it in to one magazine or another and see if they'll buy it.
If they don't, it will eventually show up on this blog anyways.
Adios,
Jim
That is my story and I am sticking to it!
