Since I haven't been feeling well since last
Friday
I thought it would be the perfect time to let you know my
IQ Score.

I know,
something must be ailing me.
My
IQ
score has dropped.
IQ

I need to eat more fish,
spinach,
eggs,
lentils,
beets,
sardines,
and sprinkle some flax on my morning
Hall & Oats!
Hall & Oats!
Then I'll be just fine.
What is an
IQ
you ask?
IQ
you ask?
Well I'll take it from the horses mouth.
By the way,
the horses mouth is:
And they say an
IQ
is an
IQ
is an
Intelligence Quotient.
"An
assessment of your ability to think and reason. IQ score is a
standardized way of comparing this ability with the majority of people
the same age as you are. A score of 100 means that compared to these
people in your general age group that you have basically an average
intelligence. Most psychologists would say those scoring in a range of
95 to 105 are of a normal intelligence or have an average IQ. Actual IQ
score may vary plus or minus five points since it is very difficult to
get an IQ score with complete accuracy. Keep in mind, there are many
outside factors that may have a negative impact on your score. For
instance, if you are not feeling well at the time of taking the test. Or
perhaps you are distracted by something on that particular day. These
things may affect your score. Additionally, IQ is not the be all end all
of a person's abilities in life. IQ score fails to measure things such
as manual dexterity, musical talent, and a slew of other abilities that
may lead one to many different successes in life. However, your score
on an IQ test will give you a pretty accurate indication of the ability
you possess to think, reason, and solve problems which can often be
critical in many phases of your life."

"Keep in mind, there are many outside factors that may have a negative
impact on your score. For instance, if you are not feeling well at the
time of taking the test."
Ahhhh-chooooo.
See,
I must be under the weather to get a score like that.
One hundred thirty,
indeed!
Wait until I write a letter of explanation to the
that my score was tainted by illness
and that I should belong to their little
World
of the upper
2% Geeks.
World
of the upper
2% Geeks.
And if they won't let me in their pretentious little group,
I'll take my number 2 pencil
and go home!
and go home!
So there!

Jim Hauenstein,
And,
“Studies show that the IQ range of most creative people is surprisingly narrow, around 120 to 130. Higher IQs can perform certain kinds of tasks better, like logic, feats of memory, and so on. But if the IQ is much higher or lower than that, the window of creativity closes. Nonetheless, for some reason we believe more is better, so people yearn for tip-top IQs, and that calls for bigger memories. A fast, retentive memory is handy, but no skeleton key for survival.”

An update on 1/6/2016
There are only twenty questions so this is,
by no means,
an accurate indicator of your IQ.
But,
it is fun to brag to people how high you can get your score up to!
That is my story and I am sticking to it!
