About Me

My photo
Hello my fellow Politiores Troglodytes. This Blog is a collection of Posts, Poems, & Short Stories that I write on a daily basis. If you find it entertaining, informative, and controversial, then I have done my job properly. Thank goodness too, because Karma has been on my case of late. I'm supposed to bring fifty people into the fold or I'll have to give back the part of Einstein's brain I inherited. No, I'm not one of the Scientists who got a piece of his brain when he died. Karma said, "Eat this knowledge. It'll make you smarter!" The bargain I made with Karma was, if I could change fifty people into Politiores Populos, I would be rewarded with my very own Lamborghini. So, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Like what you're reading, then read on. P.S. Populo is Latin for people. Politiores is Latin for educated. Troglodytes is English for troglodytes. And Einstein's brain was stolen by Thomas Stoltz Harvey after his death in 1955 and eventually divvied up into 240 pieces. If you just read that last sentence, then you have just learned something and I'm just that much closer to fulfilling my commitment to Karma!

I Am So Tired Of Keeping Quiet

Watching this country turning to a Fascist Ideology because of old Pumpkin Face in the White House, Nazi salutes by a South African who is shaming Nikola Tesla's name, White Supremacists marching down the streets of Washington D.C., and extreme Religious Fundamentalist groups who are forcing their beliefs upon us all, I cannot sit by any longer without saying something.
Now is the time I really wish I was some kind of influencer. Even in my heyday of writing this Blog, the most views I would average would be one hundred to one hundred fifty per day. And I am very proud of the fact that so many people came to see what I had to say almost every day. Thank you
The reason I would want to be an influencer is so I could start a "Peaceful Protest" in the same vein as Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi.
My idea would be, to do the same kind unified protest that the Mexican Americans did in the 1990s in California.
A quick search revealed little to no information about the protest but luckily I experienced the impact firsthand at the job I had at the time.
What they did was simple. They all stayed home for the day.
No marching down main street. No holding up signs on street corners. They just stayed home and businesses went scrambling.
You take away a large part of the workforce for a day, it impacts the profit margins of all businesses.
If it could be organized somehow, we could have a day where Mexican Americans stayed home, a week later Black Americans stayed home, then a week later all Women of America stayed home, and then the different minority Religious Groups would have their day to shine.

That is my story and I am sticking to it!
